Single Origin Medium/dark roast. Flavor notes of Trail mix, chocolate, and silky. This roast is great for that later afternoon cup. Just enough caffeine to get you through the day, but not enough to wreck your sleep. (Drink Responsibly for sleep) Afternoon or after supper coffee with friends and family is our favorite time for this roast. Espresso beans are commonly dark roasts. This roast would make for an excellent latte.
